Format for water level data

You receive the data in a text file in the following format:

day-month-year          hour:minute:second         water level (m)

Time
The time is given in UTC, which is the equivalent of Danish standard time minus 1 hour. Summer time in Denmark runs from the last Sunday in March until the last Sunday in October. Danish summer time is UTC plus 2 hours.

Water level
"Water level (m)" is the water level, in metres, in relation to Danish Vertical Reference 1990 (DVR90) after 1 June 2002 00:00:00. Before this time, the "water level" is indicated in relation to the Danish Normal Zero (DNN).

Conversion to DNN
To convert a water level indicated in DVR90 into a water level indicated in DNN, a number from the water level must be subtracted,  as indicated in the table's last column: vst (DNN) = vst (DVR90) - LVRC.
