Submitting survey data
The survey data from a maritime survey should be sent to the Danish Maritime Safety Administration. The digital depth data should be the actual measured depths (not capped or interpolated), with corrected water levels. The data should be submitted in the best possible resolution, which means the same resolution as the survey. The after-treatment method used should be stated.
For every depth, there should be minimum position, depth (with water levels corrected), date and time. If a multi-beam echo sounder is used, the beam number/angles and the quality of measurement should also be indicated.
The coordinate system used (e.g. UTM32) and geodetic datum (e.g. Euref89) must be shown. Furthermore, the vertical datum (reference code) must be indicated (e.g. DVR90).
Each measurement line (track) should be submitted in a separate text file, that has the following format:

List of wrecks and other large objects
If you discover wrecks or other large objects during the survey, they should be listed. The list should contain the position, shallowest depth above the object and a brief description. The list should be sent to the Danish Maritime Safety Administration together with the digital data.
Drawn up maps
If considered relevant, a copy of the drawn up map with the scale should be given to the Danish Maritime Safety Administration as a supplement to the digital data.
